Cancellations made more than 14 days before course commencement may be eligible for a full refund minus an administrative fee. Cancellations within 14 days of commencement may be eligible for credit towards future courses at our discretion. No refunds are provided after course commencement.
Canvas-branch reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, and instructors. In the event of course cancellation by Canvas-branch, enrolled participants will be offered a full refund or transfer to an alternative course.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Canvas-branch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our website or services.
